did a self-assessment last time. I asked you to analyze where you are
academically. Doing this type of activity on a regular basis helps to remind
you of your goals and chart progress. It also helps you to know what areas need
extra work. You are your own best advocate, so do whatever you can to help
yourself grow this year and always.
This
week we will take a different turn. I would like you to think of an activity
that you particularly enjoy and one you do well. While thinking about this
activity, ask yourself how you would explain to someone who has never tried or
even seen someone else try to do this activity. The initial question: How can
you explain to this person how to do the activity? To answer the initial
question, consider the following sub-questions: 1) What equipment, if any, is
needed to do the activity? 2) Where do you do the activity? 3) What type of
activity is it?

An activity that I am good at is helping out anyone in need of it. What you do is look for someone that needs help and offer help. If they say yes then you do whatever they need you to do you. The supplies you will need is what the person needs you to use. You can do this activity anywhere. This is a volunteering activity and you shouldn’t expect an award.
An activity I love to do is baseball. I woild say football but since its baseball seoson why not. Anyway baseball. I love baseball and can't live without it. The equipment you need is cleats and a uniform. You do it on a baseball feild wherever you can find one. And this activity is a sport. If you wanna get fit rhen I preferr for you to play baseball because it involves alot of running.
ReplyDeleteFor a activity that I will play would be easier for sports. My friends call it THE GAME I don't know why but it s purity fun. All we need is a even number of people, a volleyball, and a lot of space. First we get in a big circle. The we just do normal volleyball hits.
ReplyDeleteWe need our heads so we can pass and get our thinking caps on. We do the activity in the class at our table with our group. The activity is either the piec of paper goes on claim or support with our group.
ReplyDeletePlastic BBs, Airsoft Gun. Can be in your back yard or out in the country. Airsoft is a plastic BB gun dosent make you bleed or go to the doctor if u get shot its a quick sting and it goes away real easily.
ReplyDeleteI could practice with them. It could use a basebll, baseball bat, anda baseballfeild. At a base ball feild. It is a sports activity.
ReplyDeleteI would use any equipment that would make it fun to learn about and that is interesting. I could go to his/hers house and help them with anything that they need help with. I would probably help them with any subject that they struggle with but if it comes to math ill try my best.
ReplyDeleteThis is an art activity. We will first need a big piece of paper white, red , and blue. Then a markers, paint(black, pink and purple.), and cans to hold the paint. You can do this at home but get parents permission first and if you do it at home make sure you have space. You can also do this at school. This activity is called HAND PAINT VALENTINE CARD.

And football is a sport. How I would explain it is that there is an offense and a defense. If you are on offense then whatever position you play you try to get it to the endz zone. And on defense uour job is to prevent them to getting into the endzpne.

The topic of the text is volcanoes. This should be taught because it as to do with the tectonic plates. The audience is kids my age. This is important to education because it teaches what is going on inside the earth today. If this is not taught then kid s won’t know how volcanoes are formed and their hazards. A science teacher would teach this.-
